Schedule a time that works best by clicking Book Now under your desired package. You’ll receive a phone & email confirmation plus a checklist for the homeowner so they can prepare for their shoot. Please have access code information to the property ready.

At the property, the photographer will take the time to walk around & prep the home for it’s for the shoot. This means making sure lights are turned on, blinds are open, toilet lids are down, etc. & get a general idea of how the property flows.

A standard shoot for a home up to 2500 sq. ft. should take about 1 to 2 hours. It’s typically best for the homeowner to not be present during the shoot. If they are or must be, we ask they stay on a different floor or outside. Sometimes vibrations can cause the camera to shake which causes blurry images.

Once the shoot is complete, the photographer will walk the property once more to turn the lights off, close the doors & ensuring everything is put back where it should be if something was moved.

When it’s all edited, packages are emailed to the agent within a 24 to 48 hour period (sometimes 72 over a weekend) via a link. They will be watermarked and unavailable for download without watermarks until payment is received.
